The Hungarian American Institute is an international association devoted to promoting trade and business relations between Hungary and the United States, as well as policies in both nations that provide economic growth, personal opportunity, peace, and security for individuals and families.
With its primary office in Washington, DC, the Institute pursues its mission by promoting mutual understanding between Hungarian and American leaders in business, government, education, and the arts—fostering strong cultural, educational, and political ties through initiatives in both countries that provide information, ongoing research, publications, and bilateral educational and cultural exchanges, as well as programs and conferences.
The Institute is sustained by donations and led by a bipartisan board of Hungarian and American business leaders.
